Design Philosophy

I believe good design is invisible. It is so well-integrated into our daily lives that we often don't notice it. When design is done right, it seamlessly enhances functionality and user experience without drawing attention to itself.

What do I bring to the table?

I'm a product designer who specializes in creating allure from complex B2B systems. I most enjoy working through user research and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and I've helped SaaS companies translate the needs of their stakeholders into scalable, elegant solutions. My design process develops designs through critical thinking, rapid prototyping and a laser focus on outcome for both the user and the business. From designing workshops and facilitating teams to translating data, I apply curiosity, empathy, and an outcome-focused design approach.
